- How do I schedule my exam with the Voucher Code?
To book / schedule an exam using your voucher code, visit www.pearsonvue.com & create an account with Pearson VUE. Once the user registration is completed, browse & select the exam you want to schedule. Follow the on screen instructions to choose the nearest exam center, date & time. Then enter the voucher code you received from VoucherPlex on the checkout page into the “Coupon / Voucher Code” field. Once the code is applied the total cart value will be adjusted to “0.00” and proceed next to finish the process. - How do I cancel my order?
Once the order has reached the final stage of processing the order placed can not be edited or cancelled. However, a customer can cancel the order before the order completion / voucher delivery. Once the voucher code has been delivered and the order has been processed by VoucherPlex, the cancellation request will be declined. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support reps via email or live chat support service.
- Can I get a full refund if I want to cancel the order?
Off course you are eligible to get a refund, if you wish to cancel an order before it has reached the final stage of processing or marked “Completed” or “Shipped”. However, no refund can be provided once the order has been marked completed and the voucher code has already been mailed to the customer’s registered email address.
