Orders placed between May 11 & May 15, will be processed by May 17th 2019
This is to inform all our valued customers / clients that, due to some scheduled critical server maintenance and a huge number of back order placed during the weekends, our regular order processing time frame has been greatly affected and altered. At the time of posting this update, we have 1273 orders pending to be processed in our system. By the end of tomorrow ( May 16th, 2019) , we plan to process 400 to 500 orders and by the end of Friday, we have targeted to clear out all the remaining backorders.
Due to the ongoing maintenance works, there can be possible issues while accessing our website, live chat support service and call center support service. Order Update : 1256 back orders placed during the weekend & today will be completed by 15th March 2019.
This is to inform all our valued customers / clients that, the 1256 orders which were placed with us during the weekends that is between 8th March (Friday after 5 Pm EST) 2019 & 10th March, 2019 will be completed by 15th of March 2019. With 1629 voucher requests, we are finding it very difficult to make any promise to have all the voucher requests be processed before 15th March 2019.
Today, after returning back to the office, we were able to process and clear out 241 vouchers, however by the end of the day at the time of writing this news update, we received another 212 orders. All those new orders which were placed today, will be processed by after we clear out the back orders received during the weekends.
We are really sorry for the inconveniences due to the delay and we are really grateful for the love & support you have given us over the year. We will be working 2 hours past the regular office hours and try our best to clear out as many orders as we can before 15th March. We thank you again for your support and co-operation in understanding the odd situation.

Order Update : 804 back orders placed during the holidays will be completed by 5th December 2018.
This is to inform all our valued customers / clients that, the 804 orders which were placed with us during the holidays that is between 23rd December to 27th December 2018, 28th December to 30th December 2018 & 1st of January 2019 will be completed by 5th of January. With 1143 voucher requests, we are finding it very difficult to make any promise to have all the voucher requests be processed before 5th January 2019.
So far, we were able to process 345 voucher requests while trying our best to clear out the remaining within the stated deadline. Orders placed between 1st January 2019 and 5th January 2019, will be processed after the existing backorders are cleared out first by 5th January that is on 6th or 7th January 2018.

Upcoming holiday affecting standard order processing time frame, December 23rd, 2018
This is to inform all our valued customers / clients that, the regular order processing time will greatly be affected as we go on holidays for the Christmas & boxing day.
We will be out of the office for 7 days from 22nd of December till 27th December 2018 for the Christmas & Boxing day holiday. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day which is 28th December 2018 as we make our way back to the office. Orders placed during the holidays will be treated as back orders and processed as quickly as possible on the following working days. Please be noted that with our increased popularity over the year, recently we have been receiving large number of orders everyday making it difficult for us to keep the with the increasing demand. However, we are trying our best and putting the best efforts into our work to satisfy our customer’s needs.
